The Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office for Policy, Parliamentary Affairs, and Coordination, Hon. Dr. Pindi Chana, visited the Njombe Municipal Council’s PLHIV (People Living with HIV) groups. During her visit, Hon. Dr. Pindi commended NACOPHA for its significant strides in various development activities aimed at ensuring that PLHIV live happily and peacefully. 

Hon. Dr. Pindi Chana was accompanied on this visit by the Director General of TACAIDS, Dr. Leonard Maboko, along with various government officials. The visit highlighted the ongoing efforts and successes of PLHIV groups in the Njombe region, showcasing their contributions to community development and their efforts to combat stigma and discrimination.

This visit underscores the collaborative efforts between government bodies and NACOPHA in supporting and empowering PLHIV, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and opportunities for a better quality of life.
