NACOPHA has a national reach as it operates in all district councils on the Tanzania mainland.

Currently NACOPHA has 177 (96%) PLHIV district clusters out of 186 district councils in the country.
03 Mapping
Mapping is still ongoing to establish and profile number of PLHIV groups presently working in the Tanzania Mainland.
04 Coordinators
Councils HIV coordinators (CHACs) and Regional Coordinators of TACAIDS (RCTs) are focal points to NACOPHA for liaising between Government and PLHIV on HIV response both at regional and council levels
